Shopify to SAP Gift Card Integration

Gift cards are only valuable when they work everywhere customers shop. Big Eric’s needed Shopify gift cards to function seamlessly with their in-store SAP POS so customers could buy online and redeem in store (and vice versa) without manual workarounds or balance confusion.
